What are the benefits

This level 3 certificate is a pre-entry to a building apprenticeship. As such, it can support you into a job in the construction industry and assist you to gain an apprenticeship. With increasing infrastructure investment in new homes and labour shortage in commercial projects, jobs are plentiful locally and abroad. Increase your skills, employability, and pay check with this level 3 qualification.

Learners gain essential carpentry skills using industry-recognised hand and power tools, thus enabling you to do DIY projects or home renovations.

Study can be undertaken either full-time or part-time, allowing for flexible study around your work and home commitments.

This course is suited to those interested in learning new skills, as well as those thinking about building and construction as a career.
